Engineering · Automation · Software

We build what keeps
your infrastructure running.

Albandi Networks is an engineering company based in Austin. We automate the repetitive work, connect tools that should already talk to each other, and design networks that hold up when it matters. Some of that is client work. Some of it is software we build ourselves.

Three kinds of work, one way of doing it.

AI and automation

Most teams have a list of jobs someone does by hand every week. We turn those into tools that run on their own, and we use AI where it actually saves time, with a person approving anything that matters.

  • Workflow automation and scripting
  • AI assistants for operations and support teams
  • Reports and checks that run on a schedule
  • Approvals, logs and a way to undo changes

Integrations

Your ticketing system, your monitoring, your identity platform and that one spreadsheet probably each hold part of the picture. We connect them so the data moves by itself and people stop copying it between tabs.

  • API integrations and data sync
  • Cloud and on-prem systems working together
  • One reliable inventory instead of five
  • Alerts that reach the right person

Network and security engineering

This is where we started. Access control, segmentation, firewalls, wireless, data center. We design it, build it, and write it down so your team can run it after we leave.

  • Identity and network access (NAC, 802.1X)
  • Segmentation and zero trust
  • Firewall and security architecture
  • Campus, branch, data center and wireless
More on network and security

We work across the major network, security and cloud platforms, and we're comfortable picking up whatever you already run.

How a project usually goes.

  1. We look first.

We start with what you actually have: configs, diagrams, tickets, and the parts nobody wrote down.

  2. We agree on a plan.

A short written plan with the scope, the risks and what done looks like. No surprises on the invoice.

  3. We build in small steps.

You can see and test each one. Changes are reviewed and recorded.

  4. We hand it over.

Documentation, runbooks and a walkthrough with your team. If you want us to stay on afterward, we can.

A few things we won't compromise on.

  1. Read before we write.

We look at real data before recommending anything. Designs based on guesses don't survive production.

  2. Security is part of the design.

Access, secrets and approvals are planned from the first day, not bolted on at the end.

  3. If it isn't documented, it isn't finished.

You should be able to run what we built without calling us.

We build our own tools too.

Client work keeps showing us the same gaps: documentation that's out of date, changes nobody can trace, and information spread across too many places. So we've started building software to close them. More on that soon.

Projects.

A defined piece of work with a clear finish line. A migration, a rollout, an automation, an assessment.

Ongoing support.

Regular reviews, upgrades and a direct line, from people who already know your environment.

Embedded help.

Senior engineering next to your existing team, for a few weeks or a longer program.

Partnerships.

We work with MSPs, integrators and other firms as a delivery partner or subcontractor, on terms that suit both sides.

Who's behind it.

Albandi Networks was founded in Austin in 2022 by Arash (Justin) Albandi.
